Luxury Family Holidays to Disneyland Paris
Disneyland Paris is a great family destination for a long weekend. It can be accessed easily via Eurostar, flying or you can even drive through the tunnel. Disneyland Paris is just a 35 minute train ride from the centre of Paris.
In terms of weather, the best time of year to visit Disneyland Paris is April until September, in terms of crowds it is best to avoid the summer holidays. Christmas is a magical time at Disneyland Paris, and the park is transformed for Halloween, along with special parades and shows.
There are two parks at Disneyland Paris: Parc Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios. With new lands such as Avengers Campus and soon to open World of Frozen, we suggest you need at least two full days to explore the parks.
Just like its American counterpart, it is strongly recommended to book restaurants two months in advance to avoid ending up eating theme park food for your entire stay. Disneyland Paris also offers dining plans, where you can prepay for your meals, there are different options depending on what meals you wish to include and what type of restaurants you want to dine at. Disneyland Paris offer a range of accommodation on site and off site. Some of our favourite options are the newly renovated Disney New York Hotel – The Art of Marvel. This hotel is a delight for fans of Avengers. Victorian Style Disneyland Hotel overlooks the park and lets you walk straight into the Parc Disneyland and Disney Newport Bay Club invites you in a 1920s North American mansion overlooking Lake Disney.
Staying at a Disneyland hotel gives you Extra Magic Time in the parks and most hotels are within 10 to 20 minutes’ walk from the parks and have a free shuttle service.
If staying in a Disneyland themed hotels is a step too far for you, Hotel l’Elysee Val d’Europe is a lovely Parisian 4 star hotel, just 10 minutes from the parcs via shuttle.
